To adhere to the recently revamped Customer Experience (CE) Learning and Development Program for the Corridor On-Train-Service (OTS) employees, and with the arrival of the new rolling stock, two dedicated CE Simulation Labs for Montreal and Toronto are required. CE Simulation labs are also used for the training of Senior Service Attendants (SSA), Service Managers (SM), and In-Station Employees. The current project is for the Toronto Maintenance Center (TMC).
