Project Description: Project consists of Design/bid/build. 1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,200,000. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Building Construction. b. Plumbing Construction. C. Mechanical Construction. d. Electrical Construction. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the (150-day) Contract Time. *Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Fit out of existing 5,000 square foot tenant space into training/office/locker room space. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
