This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Bellevue, Washington. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Contractor shall provide a detailed equipment checklist identifying location, equipment and specific services performed with each billing for services performed. Agreement shall include labor and materials for all routine preventative and planned maintenance and repair to minimize downtime due to failed and worn parts of HVAC equipment serving the facilities. Contractor shall provide a comprehensive list of inclusions and exclusions of items covered and non-covered with bid submission. All non-covered chargeable repairs which fall outside this preventative and planned maintenance service agreement shall be quoted for pre-authorization by Contract Administrator or designee in advance of any work being performed. Contractor shall coordinate all service with Contract Administrator or designee. COB contract administrator will work with contractor account manager to create a yearly scheduled maintenance plan. The COB contract administrator and contract account manager can adjust scheduling throughout the year due to conflicts or staffing issues but must be communicated via email or phone call. Contractor will perform scheduled preventative maintenance in accordance with a program of standard routines as determined by your experience, equipment application, and equipment operating hours that are recommended by each equipment manufacturer provided in. This service is designed to optimize the reliability and efficiency of the equipment, extend the useful life of the COB FIRE equipment, and provide proactive indications of excessive wear and damage to HVAC system before a catastrophic failure occurs during the next operating season. Contractor will also provide recommendations for additional service(s) that will better enhance equipment performance. COB requires contractor to provide and supply, air filters, delivery, and removal from FIRE at the time of service by the contractor. On-site or temporary storage is only available for the duration of the scheduled maintenance. The contractor shall be responsible for determining the correct count and size of air filters. HVAC maintenance and services for nine (9) Fire Stations and one (1) Public Safety Training Center. Contractor agrees to comply with the provisions of Title VI. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFP does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the RFP does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The successful party must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements.
