Site work for a mixed-use development in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and sidewalk / parking lot.
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID The Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority will be accepting sealed bids for: BJCC Amphitheater Demolition Package B The work shall consist of the complete demolition and removal from the site of all existing improvements on the Birmingham Amphitheater site which is generally that land lying north of 15th Avenue North, west of 25th Street North, and east of 22nd Street North, bounded on the north by an existing parking deck which is not included in the scope of the demolition. The demolition will include, but not limited to, the removal of all buildings including all foundations, all asphalt and concrete pavements, curb & gutter, sidewalks, all above and underground utilities, light poles, signage, hazardous material abatement, and all other existing improvements located within the boundaries of the site. The scope of work will also include installation of erosion control and minimal amount of earthwork is included to properly fill basements and depressed areas.
