Questions Due Date: Sep 15th 2023, 4:00 PM MDT The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit effective proposals from qualified non-profit organizations interested in providing services for income qualified populations within the pocket of poverty as defined by the HNEDF to implement a Home Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program. The City has allocated up to $2,835,000.00 of the HNEDF funding toward a Home Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program. This program is intended to assist low to moderate income home owners at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI) who cannot qualify for commercial bank loans to complete necessary home repairs. The grants are for the purpose of making minor and/or major home repairs; thereby creating safe, decent and affordable housing which is ultimately an investment in the revitalization of their neighborhoods. The City seeks proposals from qualified nonprofit agencies with the capacity to develop and administer the program. In order to submit, responders must be registered in the Bonfire system.
