The City of Douglas is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intent to enter into a three (3) year contract with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions available for the contractor who best meets the requirements and is determined to be most advantageous to the community regarding customer service, cost, experience, qualifications, capabilities to provide the specified services, and other factors which the City of Douglas may consider. The City of Douglas reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all proposals and to waive irregularities therein. The City reserves the right to negotiate any terms and conditions prior to entering into a contract with the contractor. The City further reserves the right to rescind the RFP and decline to enter into a contract at any time prior to a contract being fully executed.
