Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Colchester, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Colchester reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof. 1. Removal of existing membrane roofing, insulation, cant strips and tapered edges, and metal flashings. 2. Removal of existing asphalt shingles, gutters, downspouts, and other roof accessories. 3. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking, sheathing and wood blocking. 4. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains and related piping and insulation. 5. Provision and installation of EPDM roofing, underlayment, and flat and tapered insulations. 6. Provision and installation of new asphalt shingles. 7. Provision and installation of new flashings, caps, fasciae, and other trim metal work as detailed and specified, including new gutters, and downspouts. 8. Offsite disposal of all removed materials. The Bond shall be equal to a twenty-five percent (25%) The deadline for RFIs is Friday, September 15, 2023, 1:00pm.
