The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified and experienced vendors (respondent) to conduct comprehensive surveyor services in support of the Lake Drive Shoreline Jurisdiction Action Plan (LDSJAP) and facilitate the divestiture of lakeside lands as specifically defined below (work) along Lake Drive North and Lake Drive East in Georgina, Ontario (site). 1. The term of the contract will be for an initial term of two (2) years commencing on January 1, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2025, unless terminated earlier (initial term); 2. The Town may renew this contract beyond the initial term for a successive renewal term of one (1) additional one (1) year term (renewal term), unless terminated earlier; and 3. If the Town wishes to renew this contract, the successful respondent (surveyor) will be issued a purchase order as confirmation of the Towns' intent to renew. Initial Term = January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025; and Renewal Term Year 1 = January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
