Reference number: 1756923 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-09-07 The Municipality of Îles-de-la-Madeleine is asking for tenders to carry out work to protect the aerated ponds of Cap-aux-Meules. The work aims to secure the aerated ponds to avoid a rupture that would cause the release of contaminants and to restore the connectivity of the bike path. The work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a riprap on all-comers to reinforce and enhance the existing protection along the Gulf over approx 170 meters, the installation of a culvert and the protection of its upstream end by riprap as well as the reconstruction of the bike path.
