Reference Number 0000328808 Question Acceptance Deadline 09/17/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online The Town of Milliken desires to rebuild Ehrlich Lake dock. Work to include but not limited to; construction/rebuild of existing dock. The work shall be in accordance with all applicable building and fire code specifications and shall take place at Ehrlich Lake. Bid Bond (Minimum 5% equivalent of the Bid Proposal price or as otherwise set forth in the Bid Bond form provided as part of the Bid Pack) This Construction Agreement shall commence as of the date the Agreement is fully executed by both parties (Effective Date) and shall continue through October 31, 2023, or until the Scope of Work is completed. The Town of Milliken reserves the right, through the Town Administrator, to accept and reject any or all proposals, and to waive anydefect when in the best interest of the Town
