Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

The purpose of this project is to install fully enclosed partitions (4 total) in the mens locker room showers at the Aquatic Center to include one ADA stall. The Cove Aquatic Center is located at: Sierra Vista Aquatic Center 2900 Martin Luther King Jr Parkway Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 This Project will consist of 1) Installation of three fully enclosed stalls for the general public and one ADA stall in the mens locker room to include hinged doors. 2) A new ADA accessible chair in the ADA stall. The ADA chair shall be able to fold up to the wall securely to allow wheelchair access. 3) New ADA compliant handrails in each of the ADA stalls. (Existing handrails may be reused only if they meet the ADA requirements. 4) Final inspection The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting proposals to install fully enclosed partitions (4 total) for the mens locker room showers at the COVE Aquatic Center to include one ADA stall and three general stalls. All questions submitted and answers provided shall be electronically distributed to all prospective bidders through the City's e-Procurement Portal. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to cancel the solicitation when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
