The work entails removal and installation of a new 10 inch, 2-pole, 460V, 250 HP submersible motor that powers a 1050 gpm @ 660 ft TDH pump assembly; associated pump cable; 660 ft of 8 inch column pipe; four centralizers, three check valves; thirty three column couplings; and an 8" x 10" discharge head. Work will also consist of testing of the new submersible motor, attached pump assembly and associated appurtenances. A well completion report for the new equipment shall be submitted. The Department reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and to reject any and all offers in whole or in part, and waive any defects, when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Department, pursuant to HAR 3-122-96 and 3-122-97. All prospective Bidders must be currently licensed by the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Division of Professional and Vocational Licensing In accordance with HRS Section 104-2 et seq., the Hawaii Director of Labor and Industrial Relations determines the prevailing wages applicable to the project.
