Issue addendum if required by 4:00PM on September 15, 2023 Description of Work: CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials not furnished by the OWNER, equipment and incidentals as required for the installation of steel casings via Jack and Bore at the following project areas: I. Maryville Pike at Mayfield: approximately 153 LF of 30-inch steel casing installation II. Maryville Pike at Alberta: approximately 202 LF of 16-inch steel casing installation III. Sterchi Street: approximately 115 LF of 16-inch steel casing installation he deposit is five percent (5%) of the Bid amount, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall also be required to execute performance and payment Bonds in such amounts as required by the Bidding Documents, All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, as amended (TCA Title 62, chapter 6). Contract duration: One Time Purchase
