Hillsborough County is requires qualified consultants to provide the Engineering & Operations Department with transportation safety and mobility technical engineering services to support implementing a Safe Systems Approach, increasing roadway safety and access for vulnerable roadway users, achieving Complete Streets, providing safe and reliable transportation networks for all roadway users, quick implementation of safety projects, and effective community outreach. Hillsborough County intends to select multiple firms. Work orders shall be assigned as individually negotiated work orders. Agreements will be issued for a three (3) year term with a maximum payable fee of $2,500,000.00.
