Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Questions Due Date: Sep 29th 2023, 11:30 PM CDT This Project Consists of extending campus direct-bury utility chilled water and heating water piping to new vaults and extending into the existing mechanical room at the WCJC building. In addition to the piping work, the scope will require demolition of the existing chillers serving the WCJC building, providing dewatering systems for the new valve vault, rehabilitating insulation, BMS devices and dewatering in two existing vaults, and extending power and data to strategic locations. Civil excavation. Backfill, grading and asphalt sidewalk patching work will support the utility piping installation, and a sanitary sewer tie-in is provided for the new vault dewatering.
