Renovation of a municipal facility in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 148,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The total estimated construction budget for this project is $17 million. This is an invitation and request for proposals from construction management firms. This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is a one-step process. Services to be provided include customary Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") services, to include pre-construction services, for the renovation Frisco City Hall located in the City of Frisco. The project consists of the renovation of the existing City Hall, located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd Frisco, TX 75034; totaling approximately 148,000 square feet. The preliminary program includes interior renovation of existing workspace and Council chambers and repurposing the vacated library spaces.
