Renovation of a municipal facility in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 148,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The total estimated construction budget for this project is $17 million. This is an invitation and request for proposals from construction management firms. This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is a one-step process.
