Renovation of a municipal facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The public work consists of electric line construction and repair throughout the City of Huntsville within Madison County. Qualified bidders with experience performing similar types of work and have a successful record of substantial public construction need apply. Similar type work shall be defined as Respondent's experience and past performance on projects of similar contract value, type, and capacity. A bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities, for an amount of $10,000.00 will be required to accompany each Contractor's bid. The right to reject any and all Respondents and Bids is reserved. All bidders bidding in amounts exceeding $50,000.00 must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama 1975. Bid submittal packets must be labeled with the Contractor's License number on the outer most label with the bid information. Questions Due: September 15 by Noon (EXTENDED)
