Description of work for information: The work includes all of the work of component 1 - construction of the shark pavilion. Partial demolition required to allow the work described in the professional documents. The complete construction of the shark pavilion (excavation, structure, mechanics, civil electricity and architecture) including the construction of a new pool as well as an Exploreramer quarantine pool as described in the professional documents. Upgrading the existing building infrastructure of the Exploramer Museum. The work in the existing building must be completed in order to make the building operational for the 2024 summer season
