Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 09/11/2023 3:00 PM (PDT) The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform a comprehensive water and wastewater cost of service study and recommend updates to current rates and rate structures. This study will require the selected firm to perform a comprehensive review of the Citys current rates and rate structure, including customer usage and financial data; review and projection of revenue requirements; development of cost-of-service based rate alternatives; and recommendations for the Citys review. The selected firm will also review the planned expenditures for Santa Rosa Water, including operations and maintenance costs and the capital improvement program. The final report will be due to the City by January 7, 2025 and a final draft will need to be made available for water and wastewater rate presentations to the Board of Public Utilities and the City Council during the fall and winter of 2024/25.
