Site work and paving for a civil project in Gwinner, North Dakota. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
The bid shall be accompanied by a Bidders Bond in a separate envelope in the amount of five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid complete all of the work for the project by June 29, 2024. The project shall include the construction of Storm Sewer and Street Improvement Main Street Extension, consisting of storm sewer, grading, curb and gutter, HMA paving, and other miscellaneous items. The project will consist of the following approximate quantities: 450 LF PVC Storm Sewer 350 LF Street Grading 1,200 LF Curb and Gutter 3,000 SY Geosynthetic Fabric 400 CY Aggregate Base Course 400 Tons HMA And all miscellaneous work necessary therefor and incidental thereto The OWNER retains the right to reject any or all of the bids submitted and to waive any informality in any bid and to hold all bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from said date of opening and to hold the three low bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from said date of bid opening.
