The City of Marlborough ("City"), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Reconstruction of Witherbee Street and Appurtenant Work in Marlborough, Massachusetts, CONTRACT NO. ED 2023-10 for the Department of Public Works-Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Marlborough and DeVellis Zrein Inc. The project consists of site work to construct a new parking lot which includes the installation of underground utilities, granite curbing, landscaping and paving. The roadway reconstruction project includes drainage improvements, sidewalk reconstruction, driveway blending, roadway reclamation and paving, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. The estimated project cost is approximately $1,100,000.00 Questions concerning the bid specifications must be submitting in writing via email to Attn: Mark Dascoli at mdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled bid opening. All questions and answers shall be distributed as an addendum to all on record as having received the bid documents.
