Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wall, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed bids for construction will be received by the owner, architect and CMAR by the date and time noted above at the office of RCS Construction, Inc. located at 1314 Fountain Plaza Drive in Rapid City, SD 57702. All successful proposals will subcontract or receive purchase orders directly with RCS Construction, Inc. for the work to be performed. Subcontract and purchase order templates that will be used for the project are included in the bid documents. Each bid package should be submitted in separate envelopes and clearly marked on the envelope identifying the project name, the bid package being submitted, and bidders name (see sample envelope included with specifications). Bids will be opened publicly at the bid time. The project consists of an approximately 9,000 SF new addition for a Career and Technology Education Center in Wall, SD. All new construction with limited work in the existing facility. New Construction includes a fully finished precast and structural steel building along with full site development, parking and landscaping. Davis Bacon Wage Rates and Reporting requirements apply to this project. The Owner shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids or proposals. At the total approximate cost of $107.96 and may be viewed free of charge.
