Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents shall be obtained from Ion Wave (LFUCG's electronic bidding system). Ion Wave can be accessed. The OWNER reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder that is deemed to be unbalanced or front loaded. In analyzing Bids, the OWNER may take into consideration alternate and unit prices, if requested by the Bid forms. The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government may be served. Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" from the OWNER and to fully complete the Project within the time as specified in the Contract. Bidder must agree also to pay $250.00 per calendar day thereafter deadline for final completion.
