Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Valley View, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The purpose is to demolish the existing steam sample panel with associated sample piping and install a new sample panel in a new location with associated piping as specified for the Renewable Energy Facility (REF). The contractor shall be responsible for all permits, fees, tests, inspections, certifications, and applicable requirements relative to the execution of the Scope of Work specified within the bid documents. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, fuel, parts, materials, tools, equipment, power, water, supplies, and manufactured articles and essential communications to perform all work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance with the Contract documents. Prospective contractors shall acquaint themselves with the location and scope of services to be performed under the Contract by attending a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection.
