Electrical system services including wiring and other electrical maintenance including HVAC construction and maintenance and installation and mechanical and machine installation and repair services. White Hills Well upgrade includes the upgrading of the existing well no. 2. The work comprises the following which includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to demolish and remove existing piping, electrical, instrumentation, concrete, etc. This contract also includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of an electrical room addition, installation of mechanical equipment and piping inside the building, yard piping, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC for the pump and electrical rooms, generator, concrete sidewalks and pads, asphalt pavement, asphalt millings, rock mulch, storm drain piping and structures, detention pond, fence modifications, and all other work as shown in the Contract Documents. Amendment 1 & 2: 8/28/23 White Hills Well drawings and specifications added. EM, EMC, Eagle Mountain, Eagle Mountain City. Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents. 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved vendor at contract signing. 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved vendor at contract signing.
