General Requirements - Insurance Required - Local Service Required Retainage in the amount of 10% of the total amount due on each monthly invoice will be held by the City until project completion and acceptance. Bids in excess of $100,000 will require a bond for payment and performance. The project is not expected to require bonds. The Contractor shall be assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $150.00 per calendar day for any work not completed by the deadline. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the 10% retainage held by the City. -Anticipated NTP September 18, 2023 -Completion Date November 2023 *The City of Johns Creek reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities, and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the city.
