The Contractor shall be assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $150.00 per calendar day for any work not completed by the deadline. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the 10% retainage held by the City. -Anticipated NTP September 18, 2023 -Completion Date November 2023 *The City of Johns Creek reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities, and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the city.
