Roof Assessment, Inspection, & Minor Repairs The initial term of this contract shall be effective for one (1) year, with annual renewal. North Dakota State College of Science is requesting sealed bids to establish and award a Time and Materials contract to provide Roof Assessments, Inspections, and Minor Repair Work at the NDSCS Campus, Wahpeton, ND; NDSCS Location, Fargo, ND; and Career Innovation Center, Fargo, ND (future). The bid will be awarded based on Price, Service, Response Time, Overall Capabilities, agreement to ITB Terms and Conditions, and Past Performance. Work is not guaranteed, NDSCS will contact the winning bidder as projects arise. The initial term of this contract shall be effective for one (1) year, with annual renewal. This contract may be extended up to four (4) years, five (5) years total, upon mutual agreement of the contractor and NDSCS. There will be annual review of the contract at which time contractor is to provide NDSCS with current pricing. The contract will be rebid for 2028.
