Site work for a municipal facility in Eldora, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The general nature of the project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for construction of a landfill disposal area with Subtitle D composite liner and miscellaneous associated work, all as specified in the plans and contract. The work under the proposed contract shall commence within thirty days of the written Notice to Proceed. The work shall be completed by August 31, 2024, subject to any changes granted by the Owner. Bids shall be presented on a blank form furnished by the RIWMA, submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Trench 3 Phase 2 Expansion, Rural Iowa Sanitary Landfill," and accompanied by a separate envelope containing bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid as defined in Iowa Code 26.8 and specified by the RIWMA in its bid specifications and contract.
