The Belmont County Commission (BCC), Belmont County, Ohio will receive sealed bids for furnishing all service, labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform demolition activities at the former Belmont County Home, Boiler House, and Water Sanitation Building located in St. Clairsville, Ohio Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the Requirements as to conditions of Employment to be observed, Ohio prevailing wage rate, various insurance requirements, performance and payment bond and Equal Employment Opportunity. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities therein.
