Question Submission Close Date 9/6/2023 12:00 PM EDT West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed firms for a consultant to design as required for various roofing replacements and repair services at multiple locations on WVU campuses for a period of 5 years. ESTIMATED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: October 1, 2023, through to August 31, 2028. West Virginia University reserves the right to extend the contract at its sole discretion and the contract is subject to the availability of funds during the term. MAXIMUM PER PROJECT CONTRACT PRICE: Any project under a contract awarded pursuant to this RFP shall have a maximum value of two hundred fifty thousand 00/100 dollars ($250,000). PROPOSER ELIGIBILITY: This solicitation is open to those Proposers that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available and qualified to perform work in the State of West Virginia. No Pre-Proposal Meeting To Be Held. The proposal process is highly controlled. To protect the integrity of the process, any questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal must be handled through the Department of Procurement, Contracting, & Payment Services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
