**As of September 21, 2023, project was awarded to RDR Utility Services Group LLC but awarded amount is not available.** NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTORS WV LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION. The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No 11246. The general scope of work for this project is as follows: 1. Demolish and remove existing road and sidewalk per plan. 2. Install new concrete slabs in road and on sidewalk. a. Roadway slabs shall be poured at a depth of 10 inches. i. 6" Aggregate Base b. Driveway slabs shall be poured at a thickness of 6 inches. i. 4" Aggregate Base c. Sidewalk slab shall be poured at optional thickness of 6 inches. i. 4" Aggregate Base d. All concrete being poured shall be reinforced with a minimum of 10 gauge reinforcing mesh wire e. All new slabs shall be doweled into adjacent slabs where possible. Refer to Volume 1 of WVDOH Standard Details f. After all slabs have been replaced Crafco Roadsaver 515T Or Equivalent shall be placed at every seam new and old, on the entire section of Roadway from Garfield Ave. to Murdoch Ave. 3.
