Reference Number 0000334860 The City seeks a qualified bidder to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. All items/services to be provided or performed must be in full accordance with the requirements of this ITB and any Purchase Order issued by, or entered into with the City. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS OVERVIEW: The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive safety action plan aimed at preventing roadway fatalities and serious injuries within the City limits of Port Richey. OF WORK: The Plan will: Identify and prioritize a set of projects that will significantly improve roadway safety for all users including pedestrians, bicyclists, public transportation users, motorists, personal conveyance and micro-mobility users, and commercial vehicle operators, Assess current policies, plans, guidelines, and/or standards utilized by the City, and Revise or create new policies, guidelines, and/or standards that will be adopted with the implementation of the Comprehensive Safety Action Plan.
