All questions pertaining to this RFP prior to selection shall be submitted via Bonfire Procurement Online Portal PWSA PROJECT NO. 2017-323-101-1/2/3/4 The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) is requesting proposals for a Construction Management/Construction Inspection (CM/CI) consultant to provide all resources required to complete a Project Plan of Work (PPW) for the Highland Reservoir Pump Station Project. The construction project to be managed will include a General Contractor, an Electrical Contractor, an HVAC Contractor, and a Plumbing Contractor. The CM/CI PPW shall include an overview of the entire project, identifying key project members from the Consultant and the PWSA who will be actively involved in the project; a workflow and schedule; and detailed QA/QC and safety plans. The CM/CI Consultant will be required to provide a Project Director, Project Environmental Compliance Professional and QA/QC, Project Safety Professional (CSP or similar), Schedule Professional, and Dedicated Personnel. Dedicated Personnel shall be a Construction Manager and Inspector(s) for the General Construction contract, as well as a Construction Manager and Inspector(s) for the trade contracts (Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing).
