Lightning Protection for Sanatorium Road Facility The work will be funded by the Borough of Glen Gardner. The major construction items include: Base Bid: The furnishing and installation of lightning protection for the Water Tank, Water Building, Wells and Grounding and Bonding for all piping inside and outside of the facilities in accordance with the plans prepared by Engineering Design, PC. The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid Base or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specification Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act and the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. The Borough of Glen Gardner Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Borough of Glen Gardner.
