Renovation of a medical facility in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of September 22, 2023, project was awarded, and tentative start date October 9, 2023. Sheboygan County is Soliciting Sealed Bids for the Replacement Of the Asphalt Shingle Roof and Associated Work on the Rocky Knoll Health Care Center Building "c" Commonly Referred to as Woodland Village Located in Plymouth, Wi. Bid Security, in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashiers' Check Or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to 5% of the Bid Amount Shall Accompany Each Bid and a Performance and Payment Bond Equivalent to 100% of the Bid Price Shall Be Required. An Electronic Copy of the Bid Bond Must Accompany the Electronic Bid Submission. Prior to the Start of Work, the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Furnish a Valid Certificate of Insurance Naming Sheboygan County as Additionally Insured. Late Bids Will Be Rejected. There Will Be No Public Opening However Bid Tabulations Will Be Provided to All Bidders Electronically. Bidder Should Include a Copy of the Bid Bond or Certified Check Submitted as Bid Security In Their on-line Bid Submittal. All Bids Received Shall Remain in Effect for Not Less Than 60 Days Beyond the Bid Due Date. The County of Sheboygan Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bids Received, Cancel This Solicitation, Waive Any Informality Associated With the Bid Process and Award the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to Sheboygan County
