Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The scope of this contractor pre-qualification includes the following categories: Category 1: General Contractor. Category 2: Mechanical Sub-Contractor. Category 3: Electrical Contractor. The general scope of the proposed New Treatment Plant Maintenance Facility Project includes, but is not limited to the following: 1) Construction of a new 13,000 sq ft maintenance facility building housing Receiving, Inventory Storage, Lube Management, Workshop, Instrumentation Dry/Wet Lab and staff support spaces. 2) Complete site works as necessary for site preparation and support of the new maintenance facility building including, stormwater, electrical and landscape works. 3) Complete work to tie in the new construction to the existing Waste Water Treatment Facility electrical and communications infrastructure Documents can be obtained at: https://haltonregion.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Wed Sep 20, 2023 4:00:00 PM (EDT) TIMELINE: RFQ has closed; firms have prequalified in the above three (3) disciplines. Stage II ITB to the prequalified firms has yet to be confirmed. Details will however be available on the Bids and tenders website.
