Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Boucherville, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 2,460-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 7,540-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Upgrades and repairs to municipal workshops of Boucherville Public Works. The scope of the project includes construction of a 2,460 ft2 addition for mechanical workshop, redevelopment of garages and storage areas, upgrades and alteration of interior spaces, replacement of lighting with LED luminaires and repair work. TIMELINE: The owner has received only one proposal with a price far exceeding the owner's estimates to the request for design services SP23-24 and cancelled it. The owner is redefining the project scope. If/when a new RFP for this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
