A. Some portions of the integration include but are not limited to: 1. Cooling systems, including chillers, pumps, sensors, flow meters, variable frequency drives, refrigerant monitors, and similar support equipment. 2. Heating systems, including boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, sensors, flow meters, variable frequency drives and similar support equipment. 3. Condenser Water systems, including cooling towers, pumps, sensors, flow meters, variable frequency drives and similar support equipment. 4. Air handling units including fans, valves, dampers, pumps, sensors, variable frequency drives and similar support equipment. 5. Exhaust fans including dampers, sensors, variable frequency drives and similar support equipment. 6. Terminal units such as variable air volume (VAV) boxes, fan powered variable air volume (FPVAV) boxes, chilled beams, fan coil units, reheat coils, fin tube radiation, cabinet heaters, unit heaters, 7. Emergency generators. 8. Lighting Control 9. Electrical Monitoring 10. Plumbing systems including ejector pumps and sump pumps. The installation of a split-system air conditioner to serve the lower level mechanical room in Building H and integration with existing Tridium Niagara BAS. Bidders shall comply with Business Enterprise Program: Participation and Utilization Plan developed by Harper College. There is a 30 percent (30%) aspirational goal on the contract.
