University of Wisconsin - La Crosse Campus Project Description: In general, the work consists of: the renovation of approximately 3,300 sf of interior studio space into classroom and research space. Interior construction will be metal stud gypsum clad partition walls, exposed and finished ceilings, resilient and carpet flooring. Existing HVAC and electrical systems will be removed and replaced to address the reconfiguration of the space, new equipment, etc. Scope of Work. The Mep Subcontractor Scope of Work is Identical to the General Prime Contractor Scope of Work Included in These Bidding and Contract Documents. By Submitting and Signing a Bid, All Bidders Have Examined All of the Bidding Documents Listed in the Table of Contents of the Project Specifications. The Successful Bidders Will Be Required to Do All Work Which is Shown on the Drawings, Mentioned in the Specifications, or Reasonably Implied as Necessary to Complete the Division of Work Bid for This Project. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
