Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Stormwater Improvements The contract consists of the following approximate quantities: 12, 15 and 24-inch Storm Sewer 750 lineal feet 4-inch Concrete Sidewalk 500 square feet Grass Restoration 1,600 square yards Appurtenances to the above construction items, such as service laterals and manholes are included, but are not listed above. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Fennimore within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The City of Fennimore reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 09/09/2023 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing
