Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
All proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by the City of Hot Springs. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check for an amount of 5% of the total bid, or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Such check or bid bond shall be used as a bid security in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract and post an approved bond with the City within ten (10) days after the formal acceptance of the bid. The check shall be drawn on a solvent bank or an approved surety company This project is for the removal of existing roofing and installation of new roofing and removal of existing skylight and replacement of exact same on the Mueller Civic Center ONLY on the roof over the lobby area. All other roof areas have recently been replaced.
