Renovation of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits required for replacement of rooftop HVAC systems at the South Omaha Readiness Center. Provide and install new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC Systems at existing 41,165 SF building in two phases. Work includes providing and installing new systems, removal of existing rooftop units, patch existing roof deck, roof insulation and EPDM membrane, removal of existing ductwork, installation of associated electrical power and upgrade of electrical service equipment. Project also includes associated plumbing, ceiling replacement and interior finishes.
