Contrcator will also fully remove and replace (4) single extrior dors including the frames, flashings, trims, etc. Contractor will also fully remove and replace (2) pavilion entrace doors and frames, including panic bars, self-clsure, necessary hardware, locks, etc. A mandatory site visit is required for all potential bidders to properly asses the scope of the project.
