As of February 4, 2025, project has been completed in February 2024. SCOPE OF WORK Locker Room 1. Remove all existing lockers furniture, fixtures and equipment, etc. 2. Remove all existing Acoustical Ceiling Grid and tile. 3. Remove existing ceiling and wall lighting. 4. Remove all existing flooring in locker room. 5. Remove south wall of the locker room and ramp to increase room size. 6. Provide new stairwell to hallway / training room. 7. Remove / relocate existing electrical and low voltage circuits as required for new floor plan. 8. Paint walls and ceilings with brand-standard colors. 9. Design, provide, and install new wall graphics. 10. Provide and install new carpet flooring in locker room. 11. Design, provide, and install new custom lockers. 12. Design and coordinate new furniture package. 13. Provide and install new locker room A/V systems. 14. Diagnose HVAC system and provide repairs as required for functional temperature and humidity control. 15. Provide and install new ceiling lighting as required. 16. Provide and install custom LED lighting in conjunction with graphics package. 17. Provide and install soft seating area. 18. Final clean-up and debris removal. Bathroom & Shower Area 1. Remove all existing floor and wall tile in restrooms, hallways, and shower areas. 2. Remove all existing lighting. 3. Provide and install new floor and wall tile in restroom and shower area. 4. Provide and install new countertops and restroom fixtures. 5. Provide and install new restroom partitions. 6. Provide and install new lighting package and electrical finishes. 7. Provide and install shower partitions and shower fixtures. Training Room 1. Remove existing flooring and ceiling tile. 2. Remove laminate casework and sink. 3. Remove ice baths. 4. Provide and install new laminate casework and workstation. 5. Provide and install new LVP flooring. 6. Provide and install new ACT. 7. Provide and install paint in brand-standard colors. 8. Design and coordinate new furniture package. Deadline for Written Questions September 5th, by 2PM, EST. University Response/Addendum Posted September 8th, 2023 The following items should be noted in reference to the pre-proposal conference: o Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is mandatory. At this conference, the scope of work will be discussed in detail. o Offerors are encouraged to submit written questions after the conference by the date listed in section (3.a). o Only written questions will constitute an official response from the University and be incorporated into any contract. o A recorded transcript of the meeting will not be provided.
