Renovation of a military facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Unless otherwise specified in this Statement of Work (SOW) the Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, off base storage and disposal as required to perform repair/replacement of the raised access flooring back to original conditions in Building 153 computer server rooms. The contractor shall provide material to include but not limited to floor panel, stringers, pedestals, pedestal adhesive, edge strip, pedestal caps, and other supplementary materials as needed and approved by the Government. The contractor will not be required to suspend or lift any equipment resting on the raised floors. All products shall be stored and installed per manufactures guidelines. All work shall be in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, specifications, commercial practices, industry standards, and this SOW. At completion of the project, the Contractor shall remove all materials waste unless specified in writing by the Government. This introduction describes materials, work in general terms, and shall be used in conjunction with the entire SOW. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Perform overall visual inspection for the serviceability of the entire raised access flooring system located in computer server rooms (Rooms 115, 116, 170 and 171). Removal of damaged flooring system and accessories where it is required. Tiles, pedestals, and stringers that are damaged (cracked, rusted, or corridor, etc..) beyond repair need to be replaced and installed accordance with the products listed in this SOW and Manufacturer's specifications. For those tiles that are in a serviceable condition with only the top of the tile become loose or disbanded (screwed down), will be re-laminated in accordance with Manufacturer's specification. Installation of new flooring panels, stringers, pedestals, pedestal caps, and accessories shall be in accordance with the products listed in this SOW and Manufacturer's specifications. Room 115 has approximately 20 rusted/disbonded pedestals that require replacement/rebonded. Room 116 has approximately 100 rusted/disbonded pedestals that require replacement/rebonded and 25 rusted tiles that need replacement. Room 171 has approximately 25 rusted/disbonded pedestals that need require replacement/rebonded. Re-laminate the floor panels where the laminated surfacing has separated from the floor panel. Room 170 has approximately 7 tiles that require re-laminate. Room 171 has approximately 100 tiles that need re-laminate. The Contractor shall furnish to include but not limited to all: flooring materials, sealer, tools, equipment, supplies, accessories, etc. required removing, prepping, and installing all floor systems. Material Disposal. Contractor shall be responsible for providing dumpster and/or hauling service. The Government shall not furnish the Contractor with a dumpster. If a dumpster is used the Contractor shall inform the Government of the size of the dumpster needed for the job and will place the dumpster in the as directed by the Government. A will be held at Building 153 on Thursday, 8/31/23, at 1000hrs. Attendees must meet at the Whiteman AFB Visitors Center (Address: 101 Spirit Blvd Whiteman AFB, MO 65305) at 0950 for sign-in and sponsoring. Attendees must be US Citizens; no cameras or other electronic devices will be allowed in the facility (anything with a battery, no Bluetooth, no Wi-Fi). The offeror shall email questions concerning sensitive technology to the Department of State at CISADA106@state.gov.
