Reference number : 1757819 Electronic bid submission accepted: Yes, in a single tender file. The Montmorency forest of Laval University would like to know the service providers who can offer general housekeeping, manual snow removal and reception services on request or go to the Montmorency Forest which is located 80 km from Universite Laval, in the heart of the Laurentides wildlife reserve. In this regard, the University wishes to obtain information on service providers able to offer such services. The objective of this call for interest is to know the state of the market and to obtain information as to the type of services to be acquired, to identify service providers meeting the needs identified in section 2 and to decide, subsequently, the terms of the acquisition and the call for tenders, if applicable. Depending on the prices indicated in the proposals received, Universite Laval will make the necessary arrangements for the final acquisition, if necessary, in order to comply with the Act respecting contracting by public bodies to which it is subject. Following receipt of the suppliers' responses to this call for interest, Universite Laval reserves the right to invite the supplier(s) of its choice to make a presentation of their response and their products or to provide additional and complementary information.
