Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue invites experienced and qualified Contractors interested in providing the work necessary to furnish and install TPO roofing at the Command and Business Operations Center The project estimate is approximately $180,000. In general, the selected contractor shall furnish and assume full responsibility for everything required for the orderly progress and proper execution and completion of the assigned Work, including, but not limited to: i. Verify all field measurements. ii. Deliver all materials, equipment, tools and incidentals. iii. Provide all labor including subcontractors and transportation. iv. Install TPO roofing pursuant to the manufacturer's specifications. v. Remove all equipment and surplus materials from the site upon completion. b. Re-cover existing 15,000 sf (75 x 200) torch down roofing system (2008) with new TPO roof system that includes a separation layer and TPO with a minimum 60-mil thickness. Bidder shall include detail of the materials that will be used in the installation. d. See details and photos of the existing roof attached. e. Delivery of all goods and/or services shall be priced FOB Destination to the Work site. f. It is anticipated that the Work will begin ASAP and should be completed by end-of-day Friday, November 3, 2023. g. TVF&R is not aware of any required permits; however, if permits are required the Contractor shall obtain the permit(s) and TVF&R will reimburse the Contractor at cost. h. Work to be inspected by TVF&R facilities technician.
