Renovation of a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidders may obtain the website link to bid documents at the mandatory job walk on September 6, 2023 9:00 AM All bids shall be made and presented on a form furnished by the District. Bids submitted shall conform to the terms and conditions stated on said form. All public works are subject to prevailing wage payments, Valid License valid Class B Contractors License and DIR Registration will be required. The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to fully and satisfactorily complete the Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) within the Contract Time and not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Master Schedule. The Work consists generally of the following: Removal of existing fencing, gates, and footings; installation of new Ameristar gates and fencing; installation of access control devices, low and high voltage conduit, Hyesecurity CNX System; any curb alterations for installation of fencing; exterior painting; slurry seal, repair cracks, and new striping of the parking lot; lot grading and compaction; installation of training center interior wall partition and outlets. Pre-Bid RFI Deadline: i. September 12, 2023 at 2:00pm.
