The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a 5-year contract to procure Janitorial Services for our Cook Chill Production Center, located at: 145 Old Orangeburg Rd. Orangeburg, NY 10962 This details of this IFB are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB). All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent to Erin Sellnow via e-mail at erin.sellnow@omh.ny.gov by Friday, September 15, 2023 by 3:00 PM ET. Questions and answers will be accumulated by OMH Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services and sent to all potential bidders by Friday, September 22, 2023. Questions and Answers will also be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter. "Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated, sole point of contact listed below should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period begins with the publication of the ad in the New York State Contract Reporter and will end with the approval by the New York State Office of the State Comptroller of this contractual agreement."
