Renovation of a library in Wethersfield, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Wethersfield solicits qualifications from responsible, qualified full-service consulting Architectural firms to provide professional Architectural/Engineering services for the Library Interior Redesign Project listed above. The Architect must have the capability of generating drawings and surveys compatible with standard AutoDesk AutoCAD (TM) Software Version 2000 or better format(s) and MS Windows operating systems. The services provided will be comprehensive Architectural/Engineering support in addition to drawings, specifications, estimates, contract administration, building code compliance, project oversight & inspection, as well as programming, space planning, and planning services or studies. All questions about this RFQ may be directed to the Purchasing Office at purchasing@wethersfieldct.gov. All questions must be received no later than September 28, 2023.
